REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. Returns
- YOU MUST CALL (901-848-2204) FOR APPROVAL BEFORE RETURNING ANYTHING, and must return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us
- If you need to exchange for a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
4. How to Return an Item
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [901-848-2204] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely and include the RMA number on the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the shipping costs for the return or provide an alternative solution.
